Jason Ervin - Principal

Jason Ervin McMillan Junior High Principal

Welcome to McMillan! I am Jason Ervin, and I am the Principal/Campus Behavior Coordinator of this amazing school. This will be the start of my 18th year in education. I am so proud that twelve of my years in education have been here at McMillan Jr. High! This will be my fourth year as campus Principal. For six years, I served as an Assistant Principal at McMillan. The three years before, I served as a teacher, coach, and Athletic Coordinator at McMillan. One of the coolest things about being at McMillan the last twelve years is getting to see different families come through that I taught, coached, or served as their administrator. It has been an amazing twelve years, and I am looking forward to continuing to partner with our school community to ensure the success of our students!

My daughter Chloe is in 8th grade. My son Cooper attends Smith Elementary and is a 2nd grader.

One thing you will see a lot this year is our school saying, WE ARE MCMILLAN. This means that we are all in this together to ensure the success of McMillan Jr. High and our students. Community, parents, teachers, administration, staff, and students, we all come together to make our students successful.

Please contact me with any questions or concerns. We want to have an amazing partnership with you, as we truly value your feedback to continue to make our school great. You know your student is the best, so please help us with making their Jr. High experience amazing!

I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this school filled with amazing students and teachers. 2024-2025 is going to be a great year!
